1.Main uses and scope of application


This machine is mainly used for grinding cylindrical parts with a diameter of 2 ~ 40mm and a length of less than 140mm. It can also grind rotating body shaped parts with a diameter of 7 ~ 40mm and a length of less than 120mm, and tapered parts with a taper ≤ 1:20. And grinding cylindrical parts with a diameter of 7 ~ 40mm and a maximum length of 300mm, suitable for factories with large batches.


1.2 Features


1.2.1 Five-piece dynamic pressure bearing is adopted for the main shaft of the grinding wheel, which has large bearing capacity, good rigidity and stable rotation.


1.2.2 The working speed of the guide wheel is converted by an AC motor. It is easy to choose the appropriate speed for parts with different diameters.


The main shaft of the guide wheel adopts an integral bearing pad in the front, rolling bearings in the back, and an integral bearing pad at the door cover to support the bearing, which has large bearing capacity, good rigidity and smooth rotation.


1.2.3 The guide wheel can be rotated at a small angle in the horizontal plane. When grinding conical parts, the grinding wheel does not need to be trimmed into a cone.


1.2.4 The longitudinal movement of the dresser and guide dresser are hydraulically driven, with uniform speed, high precision, and can reduce the labor intensity of the operator.


1.2.5 The profile guide rails of the two trimmers adopt double V-shaped steel ball structure guide rails, which have the characteristics of sensitive contouring, high precision and long life.


1.2.6 The feed movement adopts double V-shaped guide rails, which have sensitive movement, high movement accuracy and long life. The feed mechanism adopts servo motor, turbine worm and rolling screw to realize handless operation. The magnitude of the feed value is jogged according to the required amount.


1.2.7 The reciprocating and cutting action of cut-in grinding realizes automatic circulation. Rough grinding, fine grinding, and non-sparking time delay can be arbitrarily set as required.
